No modifications are eveident...
It appears to be a perfectly stock Mil-24 Hind A (perhaps not an A, but an early model guaranteed).

Well at least the person knows what sort of camera they have, even if the know nothing about Hinds
I was in uniform at the end of the Cold War, and they were a known enemy. I've also been up in a Hind-D. Anyone that can hover one of those over the same spot is a damn fine pilot, I was bounding all over the field
