Where can I find a good quality Delta Connection Embraer Jet? If there is not a good one will someone please make one.

There's some out there, but I don't know how good they are just do a search for an ERJ-145 or something like that

Did you find your ERJ-145? If not then look here:

This is an excellent Embraer ERJ-145 by Nick Botamer with opening passenger door, moving control surfaces, three-stage flaps, virtual cockpit, and it's even painted in the Delta Connection scheme. It does not come with a panel or sounds (the sounds are defaulted to the Lear 45).

The ones Graycat8524 are on about are pretty good and you can get a 135,140 and 145. They are at Avsim and here I think.

Dreamwings just released a huge set of Emb's to Avsim. 135, 140, 145, and 145XR. You'll need a panel, but there are several nice ones available along with sound sets.

Dreamwings has had a really nice Emb-170 out for a while. Be sure to get version 3.
