How come when the fuel is finished (0%) the plane keep flying and engines working. ??? ???

Check under settings, realism I think it's under. There's a checkbox asking about unlimited fuel.

??? Did you check in the fuel/load menu to see that all tanks were empty?

The fuel indicator was showing 0%
And the was flying.

Unless you unlock the extra tanks they will doing thing. When you tanks go to 0% it my take 5-10min for the engine to shut down.
