Well here is another little gem from the fine designers at PMDG!
This time it isn't such a nice landing!  Tongue

It is dusk and we are 10 miles out
...

All is looking good now but the report is for some heavy rains and driving winds at Madeira!
...

The tower is contacted and the radar does not look promising!
...

Then we it hits us! I grapple with the controls as the plane is bounced from side to side!
...

With the runway in site, I pray that I see the light of day!

great shots Dave...#4 and #5 are the best.  Funchal is always challenging even in the best of weather conditions.

Stunning shots, Dave.  Is that detail at Funchal default?  I'd be a bit surprised to see M$ give any airport that isnt a major international gateway any details...

Very nice work.

Dave,

The first shot looks like a photo.

I flew in that aircraft from KMHT to Pearson in Toronto a couple of months ago in an Air Canada flight on my way to Japan.  That looks like a good model of the plane... including the panel.  (The pilots kept the door open the whole time  Cheesy.)

best,
