i heard people saying its impossible to come out of stalls in CFS3, and IL2.
To over come a stall:
when u get stuck in a stall and start hurtling toward ground, cut your throttle all the way, and rudder the opposite way you are spinning. Now i downloade the demo in IL2 and i found this doesn't always work. So what i suggest is turn off ur engine completely rudder the opposite way you are spining, and turn the opposite way you are spinning. If u can't getout after that, bail.

I don't know anything about CFS3 or IL2 but surely what you're describing is a spin. If the flight model is anywhere near as accurate as they tell me I would hope that recovering from a stall should be easy enough.

I've had no real trouble recovering from spins or stalls, given that there is enough altitude to recover. That's probably why most people say its impossible; nobody who playes IL-2 online goes over 1000m in the air... try it yourself; go onto almost any public IL-2 server and fly to 1000-2000m and you'll never see another plane until you try to land.
