Teh Royal Air Tattoo, RAF Fairfird last weekend? I got in there on friday, the youth day with the Air Training Corps. Some lovely plane there, including my highlight, the B1B lancer. I also saw:

B52 Stratofortress

Piper Cub
Loads of Tornados (Flying)
KC135 Stratobladder
F117
F15 (Flying)
F18
F16 (Flying)
Hawks, red arrows as well.
Apache
Sea Kings
Patrouille De France (I think)
Hercules's
C5 Big Galaxy
Grob Vigilant
Grob Viking

LOADS MORE!!! Thats just from memory.

Glad you enjoyed it Dan. Grin

Can't say I've ever been to Fairford. The thought of all that traffic puts me off. I used to go to the open days at Greenham Common & Mildenhall back in the 80s. I think these were very similar to RIAT. Brilliant. Wink

Some of the guys did go. Check out the topics by Mr.Bones & PeteTLUK in the Photos forum. http://www.simviation.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?board=photos;action=messageindex...

Cool. I'll check those photos now. Quote:
The thought of all that traffic
Yeah. It took our coach 1 hour to go about a mile to the road! VERY much worth it though!

I went, absolutely fantastic 8)
Best airshow i've been to in 19 years.
Didn't go by road - although over £125 for a ticket was well worth avoiding the traffic Smiley

Carl out.....
