saw this taking off from memphis anyone wanna guess who owns it. Sorry it was just so far in the distance so quality was poor. I know its a 200 model

It might be.
The only differance is the solid black underside. so could just be a differant paint of the airlines

Paint scheme is totally different. Don't think it's that airline. It looks to be privately owned.
