There are some carriers but they suck.
Download Waikato1 Carrier by Savern Reweti.
Then get Arrestor Cables by Richard Hogen.
These two downloads do not need each other to work but they are a great pair.
You can launch/land any aircraft that are tri-wheeled.
There is a nice Boeing F/A-18 and Grummen F-14 available.
What do computers and air conditioners have in common?
They both will work perfectly, until you open windows.

Download FDSConnection which is available at
http://www.flightdecksoftware.com
and install it.
Next go to
http://www.simviation.com/fsgauges_7.htm
and download the Carrier Operations package and install it.
Now all you need is some carriers which can be found at
http://www.simviation.com/fs2004scenery6.htm
and
http://www.simviation.com/fs2004scenery4.htm
