1 Has it ever worked?  In other words when you press the GPS icon you should see one of the two Garmin GPSs.

2 The GPS gauge is, I think, a file called fs9gps.cab in the Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\Gauges directory.  Is this file in that directory?

If gw post dont work. one time i installed a aircraft and i had the gps.DLL file changed  to the older gps.DLL.and if so what you have to do at this point is look in either fs2004 install disk 2 or 3 i cant remember whitch.and look for a file called gps_export.DLL when you find it copy and put it in your modules folder in the simulator.when asked to overwright say yes..

SEEMS LIKE THAT FILE IS NOT THERE. EA_KATL, WHEN YOU MEAN OVERIDE, DO YOU MEAN WITHIN THE FS9'S GAUGE FOLDER IN MAIN DIRECTORY OR IN EACH AC MODEL CONFIG?THANX.

Your install disk #2 put it in the cdrom drive and open it up dont run it.and look for a file on the install disk called gps_export.DLL.and copy it and put it in the modules folder in the sim files.

Great news! I know I probably use gps more than any other nav technique.

Hmmm, actually I've gone to the GNS530 for my GPS machine. I used the freeware one for awhile, then bought the one from SimFlyer sim software.
