Hello,

The Failures componet of the game will not function. For example, if I set 1 engine to fail by selecting "armed" then set the timer from 5 - 10 minutes.  The engine will not fail no matter how long I play.  None of the failures work.  I've tried different settings, aircraft and timers. Let me know if you can help! Thanks in advance.....By the way I am running Windows XP latest SP's.

Thanks.

Exactly none of the failures work.

I haven't set it to "hard" yet.  I will try that and see what happens. Thanks!

Hi mate. Soz that no one has answered your question. Don't get a bad opinion of the foru, through this. I have tried mine in FS2002 Pro. While its not FS9, its pretty close. If you have set all the realism settings, then I have three suggetsuions.

1. Have you read thruogh the MIcrosoft help files? They may help.

2. Try a re-install. You can keep all of your add-ons installed.

3. If all else fails, back up your add-ons, iun-install FS9 and MANUALLY delete the folder. That should give you a clean re-install.

Thats all the ideas I can offer! Hope that workks,
Dan G
