When I was about 8, a group of us kids got to tour a plant where balsa wood airplanes were made. Before the trip though, we all met at the group leader's house and when I went into the living room, he had DOZENS of model airplanes hanging from the ceiling. There must have been 50, maybe even more. I always thought it be nice to do that. While I don't have as many planes hanging, I think the guy would have been pleased by what I do have...
Currently, I have the 1:18 Lightning on order, the FW 190d9 is available, and the Me 109 comes out in September. I'll probably stop there, but there are several nice 1:18 helicopters out there, plus the F-16 and the F-18. I'm not really into modern stuff though.
See Pt 1 here...

And I thought I was the only one round here with a house full of model Warbirds
Although I have a growing collection round the computer in the big room downstairs, most of mine are relegated to the bedroom.
Nice pics and a super collection pal.
P.S. One of those Spits has been on e-bay for the last week or so for just short of £50 and no one has bid on it. If he drops the price I may just be interested.

I picked 3 of them (including this one) and 2 Stuka's up at Wal Mart for $15.00 each! Another store had opened across the street and they were trying to compete. Mark, these are the ones I was telling you about. The detail is fantastic. The rest I bought from various places, including eBay. Doug, get it and you won't be sorry!
