2 of the same breed (well almost...)
In the red corner, weighing 100.000lbs the British Aerospace RJ100 Avroliner!
In the blue corner, the title defender with an impressive weight of 550.000lbs, the Boeing C-17 Globemaster III
"Okay guys you know the drill, honor sportsmanship and no blows below the cheatlines..if you got'em"
LET'S GET READY TO RUMBLE!!!

Any advice for the puny Avroliner, he really needs them me thinks

Or:
(RJ100 thinks: That's what I want to be when I grow up)
Or
(C-17 thinks: Man, I wish I were young again, instead of being led around....)

Too bad the Avroliner does not have thrust reversers, that's why the have the ability to split their tale in 2 pieces and let them act as airbrakes
He'd need the tug, which is waay over there at the C-17

Side note - the planned (never built) RJ100M would have had reversers, especially since the redesigned rear fuselage would have incorporated a ramp, etc.
