Is there anyway in which i can put my own aircraft into the AI files, so that i see my own aircraft flying?

Yes. Ttools is required {recommended}
the readme file states in part:

"If new flight plans require add-on aircraft, you will have to insert entries for those aircraft in the Aircraft.txt file."

Basically, it's a  decompile/compile process

As Billerator said, it is rather easy.  If I can do it, anyone can.  Just remember to decompile before you change, or insert lines into flightplans or airplanes.  Then compile. Grin
