No, they weren't.  Impossible, unless they're edited.

My guess is that you saw night time shots.

Great edit, Bob.&&&&&&Google it. &&&&www.google.com

FS2004 has a cap of 100,000ft.

If you want to go into space. You could try Orbiter. It's a freeware space flight sim. www.orbitersim.com

I only pretend to know what I'm talking about. Heck, that's what lawyers, car mechanics, and IT professionals do everyday. Orbitor is a great game but it is VERY hard to learn to use.  I have had it for 5 months and I can just get into a stabilised orbit, let alone travel to another planet.

Yeah, Orbiter is hard, but fun... Just the awesomeness of pure, unendless space... Smiley It's available over at AVSIM too... There's a couple of files you need to download as I remember...

Orbiter is a pain to use, I once promissed myself that I would learn all the commands....theres still time  Smiley .

X-Plane also has space, I use the demo once in a while.
There is a very good Saturn V rocket model, the stages even seperate  Shocked .

There is something amazing about watching a booster fall back to earth.
