I have the plane when engine stops the canopy opens when starts closes , what do I need to edit to make it opens by my command. ???

Some aircraft are configured to keep the entrance (canopy) shut when the engine is running. Try SHIFT + E

This might have been done at the time of the airplanes creation. If that is the case then you can not alter this without editing the orignal file that makes up the airplane.
Check out the aircraft cfg file and see how many exists it has it could be tied to the tailhook or wingfold keys.
But from what you are saying I rather doubt it. 8)
