I have pretty much the same card and CFS3 is running decend while not excellent.
An extra RAM stick does help either, the more the better.

Have an FX5200. CFS3 runs good but it will do better with a fast CPU.

I only pretend to know what I'm talking about. Heck, that's what lawyers, car mechanics, and IT professionals do everyday. 128mb RAM? - Get 512 or ideally 1024mb  Wink

The FX 5200 is certainly a quantum leap compared to a tnt2!

You don't say what CPU your running, a reasonable graphics card will still perform poorly (in CFS3) with a slow CPU.

Careful...

First, the video card.  Before you buy the GeForce FX 5200, make sure your computer has a AGP slot.  Your computer may only have a PCI slot, like most older computers do.  If so, you couldn't use the GeForce FX 5200.

Second, the CPU and RAM.  No new video card will help much if you have a Pentium 3 and 32mb RAM.  You need a Pentium 4 and at least 256mb.
