I ADDED LOCALIZERS, GLIDESLOPES, DME, MIDDLE AND OUTER MARKERS TO TWO OF JAMAICA'S MAJOR AIRPORTS. THE PROBLEM IS THAT I AM GETTING NO ACTIVITY DURING APPROACH TO THEM. I DID ALL THE FREQUENCY ADDITION ETC BUT NO BELLS AND WHISLES SOUNDED. COULD ANYONE WITH KNOWLEDGE OF THIS GUIDE ME THROUGH THE PROCESS. ALSO, I NOTICED SOME OF MY AIRPORT'S RUNWAYS HAVE BEEN A LITTLE OFF SINCE I DOWNLOADED SOME NEW NAVAIDS FROM FS2004 WEBSITE. I GUESS THEY WERE NOT COMPATIBLE. I DIDN'T BACK UP THE OLD ONES SO HOW CAN I REVERSE THIS WITHOUT HAVING TO RESORT BACK TO MY FS2002 CD?

I know very little about Navaids in general so this might not be much help. AFCAD includes detailed instructions which explain things much better than anyone can do here. I suggest you read section 5. What you Cannot Do With AFCAD. This refers to the FS2002 version of AFCAD.
Quote:
Visual elements
You cannot use AFCAD to change the visual location of runways taxiways, buildings or other objects at an airport.
NAVAIDs
AFCAD can display the location and other information (identifiers, frequencies etc.) for NAVAIDs, And you can change this information, but it does not change the actual NAVAID signals that your aircraft instruments use, it just changes how the NAVAIDs are presented on Flight Simulator map views and the GPS window. The NAVAID information that your virtual aircraft instruments actually use comes from a different set of files that AFCAD does not work with. It is interesting though, to see where the NAVAIDs are actually located at an airport, and you can often see some glaring errors in localiser and glide path siting.

The FS2002 & FS2004 AFCAD files are completely different. FS2004 updates will not be compatible with FS2002. It will depend how you installed these updates. Removing them might be a simple matter of deleting the BGL files from the Addon Scenery\scenery folder. If you activated them via the Scenery Library delete the new area from there first before removing them.

Oh! I'm being a noob tonight. Copper, my advice is to abandon what you have done, and remove it. Get yourself the latest FSSC,
http://fssc.avsim.net/
. Then follow this Tutorial for adding the navaids:

In my opinion, and to keep things simple, you only need 2 pieces of software. They are FSSC 1.5.8 and FSNav 460. I will give you the best way to do it, but I must point out that an NDB, VOR or whatever is a theoretical object, i.e. it doesn’t show as anything in the scenery. You will have to place a mast macro there yourself.
1. Get the EXACT (Big empathasis) Lat Lon co-ordinates + height ASL of your wanted Nav Aid.
2. Open FSSC.
3. In scenery Properties set the dimensions to those LAT LONS + your ASL and OK the box.
4. Set your NDB up in the exact middle of your screen.
5. Place a macro on top of it. I noticed that there was an NDB Hut macro in FSSC, so you are ok there.
6. Save it as *.scn, then do an Export Wizard, checking all paths etc.
Next time you start the sim up it will do some stuff, then go into the scenery library and do your stuff. I won’t go into that here. That will then work in the sim.
If you want it in FSNav, then you must re re run your FSNAV DBC, which should be somewhere on your programs menu. Do a little waiting, and then go fly!
FSnav 460 is just a nicety, and definatly not neccasery.

Well Dan. It looks fine to me. Pretty good advice. Of course, I haven't tried it myself so I'll take your word for it.

Thanks alot for the suggestions but I am giving guys. I am not familiar with the tools you are refering me to use. If you guys to design it for me and send me the file to download, I would be most grateful. BY the way, do you guys know why ATC in FS2002 cannot call out The British airways call sign? Every other european airliner I have is accounted for except for the good ol' Brit. Also, I have a problem with heavy nose MD-80. It goes into a constant rate of descent on autopilot, when I reach approach altitudes of 2000 feet or less. It will not abide to autopilot.
