When I try to make AI aircraft takeoff a carrier they always start off sitting on the water. Anyone know why?

I think this might be a bug with CFS1 & CFS2 for that matter. I don't think the AI aircraft take off from carriers in default missions. We found that the best way over it is to have the wingmen overfly the carrier when the mission loads. It looks good & this is all an illusion anyway. Wink

Hi

It is possible and has been done and aircraft can take of and land on carriers in CFS2. The most recent link i can find is:

http://www.sim-outhouse.com/forums/showthread.php?s=c83379cce557fe9b62a379078833...

It doesn't say how to do it but the thread got deleted. I might have it in a text format somewhere, i'll have a look later.
