Which SDK do i need to make new runway light schemes (other than the ones already provided)?
Russian planes:
IL-76 (all standard length ones)
,
Tu-154 and Il-62
,
Tu-134
and
An-24RV

I am not sure that there is one for that. The lights on the runways are part of a airport design program such as Airport For Windows. To my knowledge using a airport design program is the only way to alter or move them, since they are part of the physical airport and not part of the surrounding scenery 8)

Pardon my ignorance
but are there not enough runway lights' options in AFCAD2? last count there seemed to be several in AF2; i.e., Left Edge, Center, Right Edge, etc..

The SDK your looking for is the Compiling Scenery with BGLComp. look on page 34 of the tutorial.

What's NOT in there:
SSP-1, SP-1, OVI-1, OVI-2, OVI-3... the stuff i need to do russian airports in a realistic way... these are quite different
