I agree.  The first 2 are totally stunning.  The detail in the third is amazing as well, though maybe a bit much on the lens flare.  I wish you luck in the competition!

I hate to be a sourpuss (no I don't  Grin) but the lens flair in the third one is a little much. Also, in a real photo taken from that posistion you probably could only see the outline of the panel as the camera would probably meter wrong due to the intense light.
