Is the gauge for FS2004 or FS 2002 ???
Not all fs2002 gauges will work in FS2004
If this is a FS2004 gauge you may need  FSUIPC in order for it to work 8)

if you are refering to Lee Hetherington's TCAS II 7.0 then you need to read the documantation very carefully. Als look for a file called "tcas_ii_7.0_installation_guide.zip" This will help. The biggest key is:

"With FS2004 comes the option to use Microsoft's TrafficInfo.dll for traffic gathering as opposed to FSUIPC.   You also need to add trafficinfo:yes parameter to the ILH_TCAS!Logic gauge line. "

I used the TrafficInfo.dll and it works great.

Do look for the file "tcas_ii_7.0_installation_guide.zip" It should be wherever you got the guage at. Either here or Avsim or Flightsim.com. It is a very helpful guide on adding the gauge to any aircraft.
