I use FRAPS. It's a CPU hog but then so is any video editing software. FRAPS actually produces AVI files. You would need a video editor to convert to MPEG. I use Video Editing Megic, but I have many problems getting it to work properly, so I can not recommend it at this time.

Skittles, you don't happen to have the old version of Fraps, do you? I ditched it and when I went back to get it again there was a newer version which I don't like! lol
