Interesting employee relations concept but it might cause the government to look into things which MS is not particularly fond of.

A more practical solution is to fire the chiefs who screwed up the business model & reassign the worker bees who have the talent to build pretty much anything to other projects.

Maybe those fired CFS4 developers can team up
with the Maddox guys to create the "Übercombatsim"
At least they might find another publisher...
I guess CFS3 sold pretty well....
