I think there were several packages for FS2002. Try a site search. They should work just as well in FS9.

I've got some AI helos working with that package (Mi-8 and Mi-2)

Russian planes: IL-76 (all standard length ones), Tu-154 and Il-62, Tu-134 and An-24RV&&&&AI flightplans and repaints can be found here
