Download fsuipc.zip, unzip to a temporary folder and then move or copy fsuipc.dll to the FS2002\modules folder. It will now be available to any add-on that needs it.

If you have installed it properly, when in a flight the alt/menu bar  will have a new 'modules' button at the right end.

If you have FSUIPC that needs registration (either payware register or 'key' register), you must have the FS2004 version (Ver 3.xxx), as the FS2002 (ver 2.xxx) version is freeware and requires no registration.
