Or rather, tides only.

I haven't completely checked but are tidal effects modelled in FS9? 

There are some "airfields" where landing is subject to tides.  When the tide is high, there is no airfield!

I doubt it Felix/FFDS but i cant be for shure.maybe someone eles knows for shure on this one.
