I downloaded new water textures from here, it says that for it to work the water settings must be put on high. I pu tthe water settings to high but they just go medium again. help!    Sad

That usualy means your graphics card cant support the new water textures.

You also have to change your Terrain Detail to Land and Water, instead of just Land Only Grin
