I have added a helipad to my local airport using "Airport for Windows" but when i get close to the helipad the texture starts flickering and i haven't been able to stop it from doing it. does anyone know a way of stopping this from happening?

Are you using Airport for windows to make scenery for FS2004. If so that might be your problem the web page for this program says it is for fs2000 and some fs2000 scenery will not display corectly in fs2004.
You might try a diferent texture you might get lucky & find one that works. I am not sure what will & what will not work for fs2004 using airports for windows.
One of the reasons I did not install this program was just that reason It says it is for fs2000 there is no mention if it will work in fs2004.

No, the problem is that you need to set the height of the helipad say 0.01 metres or so ABOVE the level of the airfield.

Don't worry - you won't feel the bump when you taxi over the edge Wink
