yeah the tomcat does like a tad untidy.....hate to see tomcats sitting there not used there my fav aircraft they should sell it to me !

Okay, so I didn't take as many photos ... and here I was about to create a post with the same subject!

I was in NY this weekend celebrating my 31st anniversary, and made the walk to the Intrepid...

Very nice Felix, I don't think those aircraft were on board when I went to the Intrepid.  I'm going to be in the city again this weekend, I might have to stop by and have another look-around Smiley

Apparently they've been moved around - I note that the Etendard in your photo is behind the SR-71, whereas it is now aft of the island, behind the Scimitar.

Been on the Intrepid about 3 years ago... Quite a trip. Smiley And that's not an SR-71. It's an A-12, used by the CIA. Wink

Refresh my memory (since I'm getting to be too lazy to do the research), what are the main differences between the A-12 and SR-71?
