There are no tornados in FS you can set winds & wind guests to tornado strength but you can not simulate the clyclonic action of the tornado. Or actualy see one. Same holds true for hurricanes. 8)

I remember seeing some scenery once that simulated tornado funnels (not the actual wind), but I can't remember where it was located. I think they were random so I never actually saw any!

After some more thought on the subject you just might be able to use GMAX to ANIMATE a tornado with. But it may make a hard hit to the frame rates, & would only be in a specific place unless you made multiple copies of the file to put in different places.

You probably could, but, as he said, it would be a hard hit on the framerates. That would be kinda cool.

There is a good twisting wind effect that appears when you hover close to the ground in a helicopter - maybe you could expand that effect.
