There is currently only a payware one available, by PSS if I remember correctly.

PSS (Phoenix Simulations) has an incredible one. Outstanding virtual cockpit and soundset. It is payware, but the proceeds go to getting a real Vulcan back in the air.
Alphasim also has one. It does cost less than PSS', but it is also of lesser quality. - Matt D.

There is a CFS2 Vulcan in the Downloads section that works fine in FS2002 (don't know about 2004). If you go for it, send me an IM as I've done some tweaked dynamics and exhaust effects for it.

Also, if you download the VC10 sound set from David Maltby's site (www.maltbyd.fsnet.co.uk), its gutsy roar adds to the Vulcan flying experience!

I find that the PM2 concorde sounds are better, as both aircraft had the same engines.

I am making a vulcan for 2K2 & 2K4 myself, if anyone's interested. I should release it in september.

Look at www.justflight.com - they're re-relaesing the PSS Vulcan with several models, liveries and RAF Cottesmore scenery...
