I want to make my own web page, but can't find a free host. What do you reccomend?

There are tons.  Yahoo! Geocities, Freewebs, etc. come to mind.

But keep in mind that if you're going with a freebie, you're going to have stronger space/bandwidth limitations, and you're going to have to display an ad.

Personally, I'd recommend Green Olive Tree Hosting.  It isn't a free host, but they do have excellent packages at reasonable prices.  That's what we use and are quite satisfied with.  The level of customer service is unbelievable!
