The reason that I do not like to buy planes is because they don't let you try  it so when you pay for it you might not like it. also they don't give you a CD so if your system had to be restored you would have to buy the plane again.

I don't know abolut you but I ALWAYS make backup copies of the installation files and write down my customer key/number. In that case, in the event of computer restoration I can still get the files.

Piracy is just a punch in the face for the developers. I read in your other thread that you're actually offering to distribute the Citation X. I suggest you remove that thread, it's going to be locked anyway.
Software Piracy is still a crime, even though you can't find a big red sign saying * Don't copy this software*
In case you didn't know, every work that is original and put on the web is considered copyrighted material, weither it's a picture, song or software. Eaglesoft is the OWNER of the software. Read the EULA before you install it, I bet everything is written there.

Too late.  It wasn't locked, it was removed.

I have had issues twice with planes that I bought. Both times the companies I bought them from gladly sent me a new link to download the plane again each time.

First time I forgot to save the gauge file when I reinstalled my FS9. Had everything but all my guages

Second time  I had issues with the plane being functional in FS9. A new link, a new install, and viola.

Each plane I have purchased I have loved for one reason or another. And each one I am glad I bought

I would appreciate those developers hwo let you download a trial version of their plane before you spend any money. I downloaded for trial the Abacus Piper Aztec. It works for 7 days and after this you can buy it if you want. I did not like it and as soon as it was disabled I uninstalled it. No loss for enyone. I did not like the plane but I liked their policy.

Yes, it would be nice to get a CD, etc., but that would cost more.  I recently bought a plane for $9 and am very happy with it.  It was much easier to install than most free downloads.  It looks beautiful and flies beautifully.  For the price, it was well worth it.
