A while back while on a RTW tour in a Cessna Floatplane I made a fascinating (Well that's just my opinion  ) discovery while taking a flight from Dodoma (HTDO) to Kigoma (KTKA) in Tanzania. 42nm west of Dodoma lies a very large canyon which I am assuming is fictional after trying to find it on maps of Tanzania. The canyon is quite long (not as long as Grand Canyon) and forms a V-shape.

Discovery #2 is the Hearst San Simeon Historical Monument in San Simeon, California. I'm not sure what it is for but it looks like some rich guys house and I'm suprised M$ put it in there. The closest airport to that is Rancho San Simeon (66CA) in Cambria, CA just fly out till you reach the coast, head north, and look in the hills   (Not sure if this is really a "discovery". I just thought the chances of someone else finding it were slim since it was out in the middle of nowhere.)
