It's not a scenery program though - what it will do is allow you to set up team games with different on ground or air starting points and with shared targets (i.e., one which everyone can see and destroy, unlike when using Multiswap)

The last time I checked BRunHost would only work with Windows 98 -There was some talk about a fix to allow it to work on XP, but I haven't heard of it ever really working.
