For some odd reason, I can't download any file that the URL starts with:      http://www.63.217.28.218/

It seems like all of the new files and some older files won't work. EX- Airport 2.10, Aircraft Designer 2000, planes in the Desing Adoption, and all of the new planes. It either never finishes loading or brings up a forbidden message.    (If someone can post a link to another site with AD-2000 or Airport 2.10, I'd really appreciate it!)
