FOr as long as I've been here never knew this forum exsited! LOL!!

I have only bought two

USA Extreme Landscapes
B35J Mitchell Briefing Time

The USA Extreme landscapes is awesome, covers the entire US and they are now sending me a free upgrade disc that covers Alaska and Hawaii! No hit on frame rates and looks more real than anything else I have seen! And good price.

The B25 is AWESOME! Plenty of eye candy, detail, just fantastic! And for all the detail no frame rate hits!
I have freeware airplanes that even without VC kill my frame rates!
So for my first payware items I'm extremly pleased! And I'm going for more!!
That T34 looks sweet!

This one is going to be my next purchase I think, but I hate ordering things in the mail. I prefer a download link Grin

Sorry to get back to this thread so late, I'm sure you already have the Mentor and the Seneca Dave, so I won't be saying anything except I love them both.

I just purchased the Aeroworx Beech Super King Air B200 and the Captainsim 727 100/200 as my treat to myself for surviving my 2 days in the hospital (had a bacterial spinal fluid infection, thankfully not as serious as memengitis, but I will say that spinal taps SUCK)

And Fretnstuff, I didn't know this forum was here either until I started purchasing payware aircraft/scenery/utilities like I was born rich lol

Now I think I will be a regular member to this forum

I can proudly say that I have been able to show the restraint to only have 1 payware aircraft (well 2 actually).

To be perfectly honest, it is not an expensive one either-I have the "donotation ware" FDG P-51B Mustangs for both FS2004 and CFS2, which cost all of $2 each over at Sim-Outhouse.  Also, I did not have to pay for them (no I didn't get them illegally-since you still have to pay for them).  All of the staff members at the Combat Flight Sim forums (a branch of SOH) were given both Mustang's as a gift for helping out at the forum by the administrator.

I can honestly say, that buying payware items for the flight sim, is a LOT LESS expensive than buying my art supplies, both of which are hobbies, though I do make a few bucks here and there on my artwork, or if I am commissioned.

I do have some restraint though Wink I only buy ones that are interesting to me. I love GA aircraft, and the occasional commercial aircraft.

I will say this though, Lago's FSE is the best thing since sliced bread for the small craft pilot. I spent around 20 hours straight adding vehicles, and scenery enhancements in and around the Diamond Point/Emma/Orcas Island area Grin

As well as....
FS Navigator.
LAGO's FSSE for FS 2002.
LAGO's FSE for FS 2004.

I have now purchased, and installed Justflight's...
VFR Photographic Scenery, England and Wales....£20 each....
Vol 2: Central and South England.
Vol 3: Wales and the West of England.

Amazing....I can now view, and fly over, the same scenery that appears on a relief map of the same areas...!

Cheers all... Grin...!

So far the only thing I have is a B17-G from AlphaSim.  I think it was worth the $9.  It really looks good and it is interesting to fly.

Hi Stephen. I have it also but have not had the time to get it going. I read the manual a bit and tried but could not get it to work!  ???
When I pull my hands of my yoke, I will give it a try.  Grin
As for right now, it is hard to take shots when the flying is so much fun!!!  Grin
