You can find all the airports, aircraft and scenery you want in the FS2002 downloads section on this site.

You didn't say that. Honestly, I think asking for someone to build you planes AND airports is a bit of a stretch. Especially when you're not being specific as to exactly what you're looking for. What kind of planes, what airports? Are you looking for the whole globe? ???
