Can anyone tell me

A. Where I can find a tutorial on how to make splash screens and install them?

Failing that

B. Tell me how to do it?

I've checked out the help pages and can't seem to find anything.

cheers in advance

You need a painting program like PSP or Photoshop that supports layers Smiley

You will also need a Splash Screen Template 8)

Here's one I create a few months back Grin

I'm using one called CANVAS7... got it off a magazine disc though ....... Its by ACD Systems, their latest version is  Canvas9  and thats £400($550us). I dont know if you'll get the magazine release on line though. It might be worth a look.

I wasnt able to find anything online that was half as good as the free "old stock" versions of stuff.

good luck

The latest versions of PSP "try or buy" run out after 30 days...
...so you generally un-install it... Roll Eyes...!

If you have any old Computer magazine cover disks lying around, they will probably contain a free version of Paint Shop Pro 4...which goes on forever, at least my copy does...!
I tried a search for a free PSP 4 download, but couldn't find one...have a look, and give it a try... Wink...!

Cheers all...!

Paul.
