Does anyone have the departure charts for Cancun International (MMUN)?. Specifically, I am looking for the beach departure SID for runway 12.
I was there a couple of weeks ago and our pilot did what is called the beach departure. Climb out of RWY 12, level off at 2,000 FT, slow to 200 KIAS and make a left turn heading up along the beach. Very cool view!!
Am tring to replicate this so I was hoping someone knew where to find the chart.

However there is no departure called 'beach'...but I believe you took the CUN2A (Cancun two Alpha)?
Very basic SIDs I must say, Wish we had those here in Europe

Thanks Nexus. Actually, I think it was the SAMED TWO ALPHA SID. There is a very similar STAR that takes one over the beach at 1,500 FT before a visual to RWY 12. Weather is almost perfect so the ILS is not often used.
Without a doubt the most amazing approach and departure I have ever seen.
BTW, it was flown in an A320...thought you would like to know since you are becoming a fan of the 'bus. Guess that leaves me to carry on the 737-800 legacy! I'll have a go and post some screenies tomorrow.

hehe...I do like the bus (Reading a 920 pages operating manual at the moment), but the 737 will always be the aircraft closest to my heart. Sure the 'busses are stacked with hi tech stuff and all that, but nothing compares to the good old baby boeing
