Can anyone ID this old buggy? (Read 352 times)

It was found at an old abandoned airfield in Grenada.
Looks like Cuban markings.
A friend snapped the picture and we were wondering what airplane it is.
I assume it must be Russian, but that's about all.

yes, the old girl is not far from the beach and prevailing winds bring that salt air in.
She is in very sad shape... Embarrassed
