I'll help you on part of it.  Smiley

To take screenshots, you can do it one of two ways.  You can get a program (such as "GrabClipSave", which I use) or you can just press "PrintScreen".  After pressing, just go into your image editing software (Photoshop, PSP, MS Paint, etc) and paste.  There it is.  Follow the directions on posting in the approprate forums.  It's pasted at the top and you'll know how to post.

As for landmarks, I'm afraid I'm of no use.  I'm not trying to be an a$$, but post 9/11 I decided to not give directions to landmarks.  They're easy enough to find if you fly around for a few minutes, and chances are someone else will tell you where it is anyway.  It's just not gonna be me.   Wink

There are default M$ flights in the game that will let you fly around well known landmarks. If you can't do that then, Charles de Gaulle airport in paris for the Eiffel tower (head south I think), Any San Fransisco airport for the golden gate bridge. As for the Egyptian and Chinese ones, I have no idea.

But look out the default sight seeing flights. They'll take you to most of them. Wink

Well for the Pyramids of Giza in Egypt just fly to Cairo Intl and fly southwest. The sphinx will be there too. Also in Egypt the Nile River flows through Downtown Cairo. For China, the only landmarks that I know of is Mt. Everest and a few buildings in Hong Kong like the Bank of China and Central Plaza. In Beijing, China you can also find the Forbidden City. I don't know about the Great Wall though, never found it. In Japan, there really are no major landmarks that I know of except the buildings in Tokyo and Mt. Fuji. Mt. Fuji is a mountain west of Tokyo and sort of has a cone shape to it. Hard to miss. Good Luck!  Wink

To see Golden Gate Bridge, just fly out of default runway from San Francisco International Airport and fly straight for few miles then you should see it! It's hard to miss as it's a giantic bridge!  Grin

Hi Cybersurf,

When you save a screenshot, it needs to be under 100k in size to be posted here. So if you use Grabclipsave or whatever, set the output so the shots come out the right size in .jpg format. I don't think GCS is easy to control the output size of the .jpg  .....

I press the "prt scr"   key on my keyboard and open photoshop, paste it into a new file, then save it as a .jpg

During the save process in photoshop, a requestor pops up with a slide bar so you can save at different qualities, with a file size indicator so you know exactly what size the file saves at.

Ideally a program that does fast saves like GCS, and a slider for quality/size control would be best.

anyone know if there is one?   ???
