Check out this site I ran across today.
Full size cockpit mockups that run FS2000 according to the info on the page. shouldn't be any problem to upgrade to 2004. Most of the work is done, probably just have to set up all the switches and stuff. So who is gonna ask for the price? Won't be me since I don't think I could handle the heartbreak when I hear the price. LOL

Just thought this was interesting.

Kevin

P.S. Here is a link to the site for those of you who can not read my mind   LOL   http://www.airhollywood.com/airplane_mockups/cockpits.html

Ok so it is a full scale mock up for hollywood, you did want as real as it gets right?
coppied from the site: True to life glass cockpit
5 LCD panels running gauges Microsoft Flight Simulator 2000
Authentic instrumentation
Functional lights and switches

Of course it would take a fair amount of work to get all the switches hooked up (probably some replaceing or alot of wiring) to run right with the program. But you cant beat the authenticity.
Hook up a projector for the outside to get awesome views.
No need to mention the extra computers you would need.
Oh and did I mention adding a room on to the house to put it in (Of course you could just have it built into a trailer so it would never have to be unassembled if you move).

Really it was just a crazy idea. Just thought some people might like to see it.

You did send it to the new address right?

The pit is here and set up, just waiting on that pesky little check. Much longer and I am gonna have to start renting out your half of the time.  Grin

For some reason your neighbor said he got a check from me and used it to build a pit.  'Sup with that?

Actually, what we SHOULD do, is build the pit, but also a full scale mockup of the terminal....then we go through security, down the jetway....

Hey I gotta draw the line somewhere. The wife already thinks im nuts for wanting a pit. Now im gonna tell her that i need the pit AND I am gonna need more room to build the terminal and jetway.
This will be my last post on SimV.
Where she will send me doesn't allow internet access to "visitors" (But they do give you a nice shiny white jacket).

LOL
