Hey simmers! I'm still new with FS but looking for two aircraft that will work with FS2002.... B-25 Mitchell & PBY Catalina.

Any help or links to these aircraft would be great, as long as they work with FS2002. Thanks!

I just found this sweet B-25 add-on from the Mid Atlantic Air Museum at http://www.maam.org/maam_sim.html. It's $30 but also comes with manuals and 45minute video... a must for B-25 Mitchell fans!

But still would like to find a freeware model to play around with until this arrives in the mail.... any suggestions? please post link to B-25 freeware.. thanks! Smiley

Welcome to SimV!

I see that you have made the right choice in the B-25 department. the manual and extra stuff you get with the plane is well worth the price alone, not to mention the plane itself.
As for a freeware B-25 try this one--> http://www.roychaffin.com/rcs-panels.html

scroll down the page to find the one for FS2002/2004
click on the pic to download. WARNING!!! it is a 51.8MB file. If you are on dialup scroll down a bit further to find the download broken into smaller chunks easier for you to download.

The catalina can be found here at SimV.
http://www.simviation.com/fs2004props18.htm
At the bottom of that page is the PBY and three repaints for it, two more repaints can be found on the next page. It can also be found at www.pmstone.com

Hope that helps!

Go into the FS2002 Forum, and find the "what wwII RAF aircraft should I make topic. Both the B-25, and PDY catalina are in a poll, and the winning aircraft gets made using FSDS2. You can vote for both the B25, and Catalina, if you want, Just tick both boxes, and press post vote.

I forgot to mention it, but the B-25, and Cat BOTH won the poll, and I shall therefore be releasing them soon.
