This is a very broad range here, but here goes. I'm probably gonna get a new computer soon (gonna be awesome) and wondering the best planes in each category to get, as I will be flying much. Tongue

Propellers; No doubles
Biz-Jet;    Private Jet
Civil Jet;    Commercial, all types... no 757
Heli;    Personal/military... apache, commanche, ect

I guess that's it? Thx

Propellers: Hawker Sea Fury (outruns 737 at low level), Bf109 and FW190 package. If you want something special, get the Yak-18T

Bizjet: Payware Citation X, Yak-40 package from Avsim.

Best civil jets: POSKY A330, POSKY 747-200/-400, David Maltby's classic jetliners. Tu-104 and Project Tupolev Tu-154.

Heli: There is a new Ka-52 hanging around somewhere. www.fscargo.narod.ru has nice helos, as has www.hovercontrol.com

Russian planes: IL-76 (all standard length ones), Tu-154 and Il-62, Tu-134 and An-24RV&&&&AI flightplans and repaints can be found here

Hmm I'd say some of the Spits are well worth a look on the prop front, there are some nice ones here and over at sim-outhouse.
As for helis I'm rather fond of the Blackhawk package we have here 8)
