Its up and running! And Its great!

When I was building it I thought I should have got a Dell. Now I've built it I think why would anybody want a Dell! It looks very smart too - I'll post a picture or two once I've got it all up and running!

The Asus PC-Probe now reports a much healthier 25-30 degrees Cheesy

The only problem is - I prefer it to mine! I'm sure once I've installed the culprits (Norton and office) I'll feel happier!

Anyway - glad thats over with! Hehe...
Thanks to everyone who's helped me get this far!

And the most crushing part - she doesn't want me to install Flight sim!

Don't you feel so proud of yourself now? Its the greatest feeling to hit the switch for the first time and watch a sucessful boot.

p.s. im glad you didnt give into "the man" and buy a dell. they do make nice computers, but still a bit too $$$$.

Im relieved mostly! I didn't have a clue what I was doing - I'm just waiting for a blue screen and a bang Lips Sealed

I was quite hard pushed to meet the offering from Mesh at the same price. The Dell was slightly more expensive but thats because of the Intel Inside Wink

I suppose they're trying to get rid of them before they can't!

Birdman,

That computer can't possibly work correctly without Flightsim, perhaps you'd better swap her.   Grin
