How would I go about adding the whole US to CFS2?  I don't have any other MS Flight Sim, so I'd have to dowload it from somewhere.  Will I need to compile it piece by piece?  Or can I dowload it in one large chunk?

Perhaps there's someone here that could copy it from FS2K for me??  Of course, it's probably huge...  Never mind about that.  (Unless you have a lot of time or I am mistaken about it's size.      )


P.S.  Of course after I get the whole US, I have to get the rest of the world.  


EDIT:  I just found the "Global Terrain Mesh" for FS2K, 2002 and 2004.  Will that work for CFS2?
