Actually where I live it would be v.practical as every other week one of the utility companies digs up our road!
I hope they changed the engine for something bigger than the standard Wartburg two-stroke lump! The Wartburg motto seems to be 0-60Kmh, eventually (with a tail-wind and a steep slope!)
