Run CFS config, in the overrides section you will find "disable opening movie".  Check that box.

Hi work2much,
thanks for getting back to me on this problem of mine
of turning off opening movie in CFS3. I just started
with CFS3, I have it loaded in my PC and have got
the 3.1 patch and have loaded the no CD crack OK.
Everything works fine, so far. you said to go to run
CFS config, and go to overrides sections, and check
the box, disable opening movie. I guess I am stupid.
or I am not opening the right CFS config. how should I run CFS config your talking about? I went to the CFS3
games folder and opened it and clicked on CFS config
with the tool bar on it, and it onely had vidio card changes in it. when I was in the CFS3 game files I
opened the movie folder, inside there were two files
one was movieicon the other was CFS3_ intro_ movie
I removed the intro movie from the folder, and that got
rid of the opening movie ok. If you have time to answer
this please tell me how I should run CFS config you were
telling me to run.
Thanks A lot for you response.
I have been playing CFS1 & CFS2 for a long time, but
I am just starting with CFS3.

No problems mate.

I don't have CFS3 installed at the moment so I'm a little rusty on the details but there should be a drop down menu in the top left hand corner of the program window.  One of the options in this menu will be overrides and it is in there along with about 60 others.

Hi Again,Will
Well guess what I just went back to CFS3 program files
and wen't back to the CFS config file and opened it again, when I first opened it all I seen was A bunch of
sliders, then I clicked on the little box up in the top left
side, that said safe mode, and that opened the next
page that had the disable opening movie check box.
I just did not get to the page you were telling me about the first time I tryed. Oh, I restored the file I took out of the movie folder before. Everything works just fine now.

Thanks A lot Will for all your help.
