Good advice. I was listening to a bomb disposal chappie on the radio the other day. He actually tried this when he was young. A "friend" put him up to it. He said having an arm & leg blown off when a bomb he was defusing exploded was nothing compared with that experience.

First thing you know them city folk would be running fencing wire across street intersections...why can you imagine the havoc they would cause.

When living in Australia as a young boy I had the misfortune to become 'glued' to an electrical fence, someone switched it on whilst I was sitting on it!!!
The worst ones are these pulse ones they use now that look like orange string. One of my friends was crossing one on a night exercise when it sent a pulse, we were rolling around the field in sympathy. There was tears in everyones eyes.....

I witnessed a deer hunter in New England that wasn't paying attention and pissed over a low rock wall. The part he didn't know was that there was an electric fence on the other side. The name brand of the fence charger (I knew the cattle farmer) was a, "Bush Whacker", which generates a strong enough electric field to prevent grass and weeds from growing under it...hence the name. This poor bastard hooted and hollered like a man possessed. He couldn't stop peeing until his bladder was empty. Then he collapsed and was moaning and holding his rather sore...well, you get the picture...lol. I was in a tree nearby (I was hunting as well) trying not to fall out of it laughing.
For some strange reason, he didn't see the humour and said that he discovered one thing, "You can't jump start the darn thing!"....lmao

I saw a guy get it from an electric fence once. He was trying to jump it when he hit the top wire and tripped. Whilst his leg was resting on the top wire his face contacted the ground and completed the circuit. I rushed to his aide and he told me he was a tourist from America and had never heard of an electric fence, the poor yank

More good advice:
Never pee on the electric third rail.
That can be more painful as there's a lot more energy running through.

hmmm...
Over here in the states we get a channel called discovery channel, and on this particular channel they have a show called MythBusters...
on this particular show they go way out of their way to find out if stories such as these are true.
They proved that a normal person who pees on the thrid rail standing up should theoretically be ok...
The only way that they could replicate the so called event was to place their dummy in a bucket of water, with his dick almost on the rail, and valve for his dick wide open....which is inhumanly amount of fluid leaving all at once...
So I don't know, if I had seen it with mine own eyes I'd believe it, but until then, I'll be skeptical about it....
